I was expecting my mission call on Wednesday, but unfortunately it didn't come due to (we think) Thanksgiving. BUT, It came on Friday!!! I was so anxious and nervous to open it! I had no idea where I was going, It changed every day.
I had my family, some aunts and uncles, cousins, Grandma and Grandpa King, the Crandalls, Jayci, and Jade and the Collettes on skype there to watch me open it! And this is where i'm going...

SPEAKING SPANISH!
When I was opening it I was trying extra hard not to look where I was going before I got to that line. But how can you not see it when its the line below.."to serve as a missionary.." I felt so happy! I am beyond excited to go serve in New York! It still doesn't feel real, but I know it is. I leave to the MTC on February 20th, 2013. After that I stopped and everyone cheered then I thought well I better keep reading...and good thing I did cause i'm speaking Spanish!! There's a funny story to this, the Lord has a sense of humor because I am absolutely AWFUL at speaking Spanish. My Junior High teacher would honestly make fun of me. Haha. I know the only way I will be able to succeed in speaking Spanish is with the Lords help. I am so excited to serve a mission and I know I will be blessed because of it! I cannot wait to go to New York and serve the people there!

Markel also opened her call last night and is going to Houston, Texas speaking Spanish!! I am so excited for her!! And i'm glad she is speaking Spanish too :)
